for next-generation cosmetic ingredients.

Responsibilities

- Define the biotechnology roadmap and product pipeline.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and licensing opportunities.
- Lead research, scale-up, and commercialization programs.
- Build partnerships with universities, CROs, CDMOs, and technology providers.
- Guide cross-functional teams across R&D;, regulatory, manufacturing, sourcing, and business

development.





- Drive intellectual property generation and global product launches.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in biotechnology, biologics, cosmetic ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed technology platforms.
- Ph.D., M. Tech., or M. Sc. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a

related field.

- Proven leadership in bringing science-led products from concept to market.
