Prepare DCF, Comparable Company Analysis, Transaction Multiples, and other valuation methodologies.
Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis.
Assist in preparing investment teasers, pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor presentations.
Assist to Conduct due diligence.
Support preparation of transaction documents and management presentations.
Qualification & Experience Inter CA (IPCC/CA Intermediate) qualified. 3-5 years of relevant experience Required Skills Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.
Financial modelling and valuation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power
Point.
