Role Description The Architect at AR Designs will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating design presentations for a range of projects.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, collaborating with engineers and consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

The role involves producing construction documents, overseeing integration of design elements, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This is a full-time,



on-site position based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular coordination with internal teams, site visits, and participation in design reviews.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client needs into practical, creative solutions.

Experience with Integration of architectural, structural, and MEP elements to deliver cohesive project designs.

Knowledge of Software Development concepts or related technical coordination, especially where architectural solutions interface with digital systems or smart-building technologies.

Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk awareness.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch

Up, BIM platforms) and strong visual presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration or licensure is an advantage.

Understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Ahmedabad and relevant jurisdictions.

Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
