Craft Elevated Non-Alcoholic Experiences at The Primo! The Primo by Mann & Salwa is a new hospitality venue opening soon in Ahmedabad, featuring a banquet space and three unique restaurants offering Asian Peruvian, North African Levantine, and Progressive Indian cuisines.

We are looking for creative and service-focused Beverage Bartenders to lead our non-alcoholic beverage program across the restaurants.

The Role: Beverage Bartender As a Beverage Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving an exceptional range of non-alcoholic drinks, including mocktails, craft sodas, iced teas, cold brews, juices, and zero-proof cocktails.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience with visually appealing, thoughtfully balanced drinks that complement each cuisine.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency Develop a strong understanding of ingredients, pairings, and presentation styles Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the bar area and workstations Refill and rotate ingredients, garnishes,
