Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates .

Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy .

Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, Linked

In, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management .

Must have experience in mentoring and leading a team of recruiters .

Robust understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting.

Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.
