We're hiring: Video Editor at Clockwork Clockwork is a science-backed oral care brand on a mission to change how India thinks about dental health.

Our hero product — a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste — is already live on Amazon and growing fast.

Now we need someone who can make people stop scrolling.

The role You'll own short-form video content for Clockwork across Instagram Reels, You

Tube Shorts, and other social platforms.

This isn't a "cut clips and add subtitles" job — we want someone who understands pacing, hooks, trends, and what makes people watch till the end.

You'll work closely with the founding team to shape how the brand looks, feels, and moves on social.

What you'll do Edit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) — 10-15 pieces per week Develop templates, formats, and repeatable series we can scale Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform shifts — and move fast on them Collaborate on shoot planning, scripting, and creative direction Build and maintain a consistent visual language for Clockwork across all video Experiment with hooks, CTAs, pacing,



and formats — then double down on what works What we're looking for 2-4 years of experience editing short-form video, ideally for a D2C or consumer brand Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut.

Comfortable with After Effects for motion graphics is a plus Strong instinct for what performs on Instagram and You

Tube — you're a native of these platforms Can work fast without sacrificing quality.

We're a startup — speed matters Bonus: experience with shooting (even on a phone), basic colour grading, and sound design Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon Why Clockwork You'll be joining early at a brand that's building something genuinely different in a category that hasn't seen real innovation in India.

You'll have creative ownership from day one, not layers of approval.
