We're hiring a Content Creator & Scriptwriting Specialist to join our marketing team and help us build one of India's fastest-growing intimatewear and shapewear brands.

This role is for someone who understands that outstanding content starts with outstanding insight.

You'll be responsible for: ✨ Writing hooks that stop the scroll.

Write scripts for UGC videos—hooks, body, CTA—tailored to real creator voices, not brand-speak ✨ Creating high-converting scripts for UGC, reels, founder videos, ads, and campaigns ✨ Turning product features into stories people care about ✨ Overall creative direction to get the right content made by creators ✨ Researching trends, customer behavior, and content angles.

Adapt brand voice to different formats — funny, bold, or straight-up real ✨ Working closely with creators, founders,



and the creative team to conceptualize and write behind-the-scenes, founder, and team-led video content ✨ Conceptualizing and producing content across Instagram, Meta ads, You

Tube Shorts, and emerging platforms ✨ Using AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and content production We're looking for someone who: ✔ Has 2–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, scriptwriting, social media, or performance marketing content ✔ Understands D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands ✔ Can write both emotional brand stories and conversion-focused ad scripts ✔ Obsesses over hooks, retention, engagement, and watch time ✔ Has a strong understanding of Instagram Reels, UGC content, and short-form storytelling ✔ Is curious, fast-moving, and excited about building a brand from the inside Bonus points if you've written content that has: Gone viral Driven purchases Made people feel something Good To Have ● Experience writing for women-first, lifestyle, or fashion brands ● Familiarity with scripting or long-form video formats ● Understanding of UGC, influencer marketing, and social-first content ● Equally comfortable writing a 15-second reel script and a 30-minute podcast outline ● Eye for trending audio, formats, and meme cycles ● Can ideate concepts, not just execute briefs At Pinq Polka, we're building products around comfort, confidence, and self-expression—and we're looking for storytellers who can bring that vision to life.
