Gather business requirements and conduct stakeholder workshops.
Provide end-to-end support, issue resolution, and system optimization.
Configure solutions aligned with recruitment and onboarding best practices.
Conduct user training sessions and create process documentation.
Lead change management and digital transformation initiatives.
Support upgrade projects, project planning, and feature demonstrations.
Collaborate with business teams to ensure seamless process integration.
Required Skills SAP Success
Factors Recruiting Certification mandatory.
Strong experience in Recruitment & Onboarding (RCM/ONB) modules.
Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of change management and user adoption activities.
Experience in project upgrades, testing, and release management.
Minimum 1 end-to-end Success
Factors implementation or 2 support engagements .
Ability to provide best-practice guidance and configure solutions to meet business needs.
Preferred Skills Experience with Success
Factors integrations and overall HR processes.
Robust communication, training, and documentation skills.
