We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive (Post-Sales) who will be the single point of contact for our customers after the sales closure, ensuring a smooth and satisfying journey until project completion and handover.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project confirmation.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Site Execution, Accounts, and other internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Keep customers informed about project progress through regular updates.

Schedule client meetings, site visits, and review sessions.

Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up.

Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.

Escalate critical issues to management when required.

Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.





Collect customer feedback and support post-handover relationship management.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Client Servicing, CRM, or Project Coordination.

Experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, or a similar industry is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam .

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple customers and coordinate across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
