About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
2. Manage and follow up with clients, leads, and inquiries
3. Take ownership of leads and prioritize sales opportunities
4. Work toward closing deals and achieving sales targets
5. Coordinate real estate activities, appointments, and client communications
6. Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
7. Maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and follow-up schedules
8. Coordinate and delegate tasks when required
9. Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and on time
10. Identify pending matters and proactively follow up until completion
11. Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
12. Provide regular updates and reports to management
13. Perform any other administrative, sales, coordination, or business-related duties assigned by management

This is a MANAGER-LEVEL, WORK-FROM-OFFICE NIGHT SHIFT POSITION based in Kapurthala, Punjab. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home opportunity.

Excellent and highly fluent English communication is REQUIRED

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Previous experience in a managerial, team-lead, supervisory, or senior coordinator role preferred

Previous night-shift experience is strongly preferred

Call handling, sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

IELTS score of 8.0+ with proof is a robust asset

Strong computer, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Must be confident handling clients over the phone

Must be responsible, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize urgent tasks

Real estate experience is an asset but not mandatory
