About the job

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional 'Receptionist' to manage our front office and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities:

1. Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls professionally.
2. Maintain the reception area and visitor records.
3. Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official mail.
4. Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform employees about visitors.
5. Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
6. Assist with travel bookings, office arrangements, and stationery management.
7. Support the HR and Administration team with daily office operations.

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Management MS-Excel Multitasking
