About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute corporate events from concept to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Manage event logistics including venue setup, production, transportation, hospitality and manpower.
4. Source and coordinate with event vendors for audio, visual, stage, fabrication, branding, entertainment and gaming
5. Prepare event checklists, production schedules and operational timelines.
6. Conduct venue visits and oversee event setup and dismantling.
7. Ensure timely delivery of all event materials and services.
8. Handle on site event operations and resolve operational challenges promptly.
9. Maintain inventory of event materials and equipment.
10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines during event execution.
11. Prepare post event reports, vendor feedback and project documentation.
12. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service partners.
