About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized guidance to students on academic programs, curriculum, and fees.
2. Engage with leads and follow up on inquiries to drive enrollments.
3. Conduct presentations and counseling sessions to explain course features and career opportunities.
4. Guide students through the end-to-end admission process, including documentation.
5. Build robust relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to meet enrollment targets and organizational goals.
