About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to inbound enquiries received through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
2. Identify student requirements and recommend programmes aligned with their educational and career goals.
3. Explain programme structure, fee details, payment plans, and career ROI with clarity and transparency.
4. Build trust with prospective students through effective counselling and relationship management.
5. Manage registrations and admissions from the initial interaction through successful enrollment.
6. Ensure onboarding documentation, fee collection, and admission formalities are completed accurately and on time.
7. Support newly enrolled students to provide a smooth transition into their learning journey.
8. Maintain organised CRM records, update lead stages, and execute timely follow-up activities.
9. Track and improve individual metrics such as talk time, demo count, and conversion performance.

Key performance indicators:

1. Enrollment conversion rate.
2. Talk time and counselling effectiveness.
3. Demo volume.
4. CRM accuracy and follow-up completion.
5. Student onboarding completion.

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or academic counseling.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent relationship-building abilities.

3. Confidence in explaining academic programs, career pathways,



and learning outcomes to prospective students.

4. Proven track record of consistently achieving enrollment or sales targets.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

6. Robust organizational and multitasking skills to manage a large volume of active leads efficiently.

7. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
