Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Consultant role based in Lucknow. The Pre-Sales Consultant will engage prospective customers, understand their outdoor transformation needs, and present suitable Houcey solutions through meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, preparing proposals and estimates, developing solution presentations, and coordinating with design and execution teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations. The role involves responding to inquiries, supporting the sales team with technical and functional input, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and requirements.

The Pre-Sales Consultant will also contribute to improving pre-sales processes, gathering market feedback,



and helping enhance customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into clear solution proposals.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and responsive experience throughout the pre-sales journey.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit verbal, written, and presentation abilities for client meetings and proposals.
- Relevant experience in pre-sales, business development, or solution selling, ideally in construction, outdoor design, home improvement, or related industries.
- Ability to conduct site assessments, interpret basic design or layout plans, and collaborate effectively with technical and project teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., office and presentation software).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Comfort working on-site with clients in Lucknow and nearby areas, including occasional field visits and flexible scheduling when required.
