Job Title: Senior International Student Advisor – UK

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior International Student Advisor – UK to lead student recruitment and counselling for UK higher education. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK universities, admissions, student visas, and the UK education system, along with a proven ability to achieve enrolment targets while mentoring junior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert counselling to students aspiring to study in the UK.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.
- Manage the complete admission process, including applications, offer letters, CAS issuance, and enrolment.
- Guide students on UK Student Visa requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with current immigration policies.
- Maintain solid relationships with UK universities, admissions teams, and partner institutions.
- Handle complex student cases and provide effective solutions throughout the admission journey.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors to improve team performance and service quality.
- Monitor team admissions, conversions, and revenue targets while driving overall business growth.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, education fairs, and counselling sessions to generate leads.
- Stay updated on UK education policies, university requirements,



scholarships, and immigration regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain student records using CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to students and parents throughout the counselling process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in UK student counselling or international education.
- In-depth knowledge of UK universities, admissions, CAS process, and UK Student Visa regulations.
- Strong leadership, counselling, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
