? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day factory operations.
- Supervise labour and maintain workforce productivity.
- Ensure smooth production and achieve daily targets.
- Monitor raw material availability and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Maintain production and inventory records.
- Ensure product quality and workplace safety.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Solid multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel preferred).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
