We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to strengthen our B2B brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage content calendars for Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, and You Tube.
- Create engaging social media strategies focused on B2B audiences.
- Coordinate and execute product, office, and event shoots.
- Capture photos and videos for reels, brand stories, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the design and marketing team to develop high-quality creatives.
- Write compelling captions and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and share regular insights and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and content formats.

Requirements:





- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Strong understanding of Linked In marketing and professional branding.
- Mediator level photography and video editing and reel creation skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a quick-paced, global business environment.
