Designation: Client Engagement Executive Function: Operations Reporting to: Assistant Vice President Location: HSR Layout - Bangalore (Centralized Team) Portfolio Size: Up to ~100 clients per concierge CTC range: 18 - 20 LPA Role Summary Own the end-to-end relationship for a dedicated portfolio of BlueStone's most valued clients. The role has two halves: solving real purchase needs quickly and personally, and building experiences that feel genuinely different from anything else in the market — delivered with the warmth and polish of 5-star hospitality. What This Role Broadly Cover Solving Client Needs • Expediting orders, custom design requests, and repairs • Facilitating discounts and previews of custom designs before an order is placed • Connecting clients with in-house stylists for personalized suggestions • Working across retail, styling, supply chain and servicing teams to get requests resolved end-to-end Building Memorable Experiences • Designing and delivering moments that feel personal and distinct — not a standard service interaction • Managing invitations, referrals,



and milestone gestures for the client portfolio Core Traits • Warm, articulate communicator with a 5-star hospitality service standard • Composed and solution-oriented under pressure — resolves issues calmly and decisively • Robust ownership mindset — chases outcomes internally until resolved • Creative instinct for curating experiences clients will remember • Discreet and detail-oriented with client information Working Rhythm • Standard business hours, with extended availability for urgent client needs (not round-the-clock) • Individual performance goals (e.g. client satisfaction, retention, responsiveness) • Backup/pod coverage ensures clients always have a contact during leave Who We're Looking For 4–10 years in luxury hospitality, private banking/RM, premium concierge, or luxury retail clienteling — strongly preferred but not mandatory. Open to strong candidates from adjacent service backgrounds who show the traits above and can be trained.
