Role & responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock counts
- Resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support store operations and assist the Store Manager in daily activities
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store performance goals
Preferred candidate profile
- 0-3 years of experience in retail / sales / customer service
- Experience in apparel, footwear, fashion, or FMCG will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
- Presentable and energetic personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Immediate joiners preferred
