Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, s/he will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. s/he will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate system capabilities, and ensure smooth communication between end-users and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.

- System Evaluation: Evaluate system functionalities and provide insights for improvements.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements specifications.

- Business Implications: Analyse business implications of proposed changes.

- Vendor Coordination: Act as a liaison between our company and third-party vendors.

- Process Improvement:



Identify opportunities for process optimization.

- Facilitate UAT: Act as a facilitator for UAT between business and technology teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Domain Knowledge in logistics, SCM areas.

- Bachelors/masters degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- Experience in agile methodologies and scrum master roles.

- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM system would be a plus.

- CSPO, CSM certifications would be preferred.

- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Team collaboration
