Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support inside sales and business development activities. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, and assisting the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and networking

Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects

Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs

Maintain and update customer data and sales activities in CRM

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product) for feedback and improvements

Assist in sales follow-ups and opportunity tracking

Requirements

Requirements (Must-Have):

Bachelor/Masterdegree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)





Willingness to learn and build a career in sales

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good to Have:

Exposure to B2B/B2C sales setting

Experience in lead generation or internships in sales

Basic analytical skills for tracking performance
