Roles & Responsibilities

- Teaching Certificate and Diploma Courses on Practical Applications of AI
- Working on Real-World AI Projects
- Preparing AI-Based Research Documents and Reports
- Supporting AI Training, Development, and Related Assignments

Phase 1: Intensive Teachers' Training Programme (4 Weeks)

Rigorous Training by Experienced University Faculty

Study Scholarship of 10,000 during the First Month

Comprehensive Theory & Practical Training

At the end of one month:

Theory & Practical Examinations





1520 candidates will be shortlisted from a batch of 30 based on performance.

Phase 2: On-the-Job Training & Project Work (5 Months)

Monthly Stipend: 20,000

Hands-on Project Experience

Monthly Assessments & Examinations

Based on performance:

10–15 candidates will be selected for appointment.

Phase 3: Appointment

Salary: 35,000 per Month + Performance Incentives

Continuous Professional Development

Monthly Assessments and Performance Reviews

Confirmation will be based on performance. Exceptional performers will move to permanent positions, while others may receive an extended training opportunity.

Phase 4: Confirmation & Career Growth

Salary: 40,000 per Month + Incentive Bonus
