Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using Workday HCM.
- Design, develop, and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday HCM systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday HCM implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation of Workday HCM solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security in Workday HCM systems.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, and Analytics.
- Experience with Workday HCM integrations such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion HCM, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Solid analytical and technical skills.
