Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Providing product/service information to customers
Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass qualification
Fresher and experienced both can apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English + Hindi/Bengali
No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
Looking for Immediate joiners only
Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number
Shifts:
Rotational shift including night shift
Any 9:30 hour duty time in a day between 04:00PM - 10:30AM
5 working days with 2 rotational week off
