Deliver structured sales, product, and behavioral training programs across retail stores
* Drive onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for store teams
* Identify training gaps and implement development plans to enhance performance
* Ensure consistency in customer experience and operational standards across regions
* Partner with business and store leadership teams to support organizational goals
* Track training effectiveness and provide actionable performance insights
* Travel extensively across assigned regions to conduct training interventions
Preferred candidate profile
*1 - 3 years of experience in Training & Development or Retail Training
* Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to engage and influence large retail teams effectively
* Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations
* Prior experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry will be preferred
