2. Job Title: HR Manager
3. Location: Kolkata
4. Experience: 8-10 Years
5. CTC: Rs.7 to Rs.12 LPA
6. Qualification: Bachelor s Degree/ Master s Degree (Preferred): A degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
7. Principal Accountabilities

1. Handling HR Activities : Oversee all HR functions for plant HR, providing support to production teams to achieve their targets.
2. Administrative Management : Manage all administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations within the plant.
3. Recruitment Facilitation : Support company-wide employee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
4. Discipline and Safety : Enforce discipline within the plant and ensure both plant and employee safety and welfare.

1. Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance :

- Ensure compliance with the Factory Act, Pollution Control Board, Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Fire Department regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain necessary documentation and filings for all statutory returns and registers.

1. Manpower Management :

- Handle the management of company and contract manpower, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet production needs.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit, including onboarding, training, and development.

1. MIS Compilation HR Analytics :

- Compile Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and conduct HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze workforce metrics, performance data, and other HR-related statistics to improve operational efficiency.

1. Training Needs Identification (TNI), Performance Management System (PMS), KPI KRA :





- Identify training needs and facilitate the development of training programs.
- Implement and manage the Performance Management System, including setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Result Areas (KRA).

1. HR Tools and Systems :

- Proficiently use HRMS and other HR tools for effective human resource management.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.

1. Audits and Compliance :

- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and SEDEX requirements.
- Maintain readiness for external audits and manage audit processes efficiently.

1. Talent Acquisition :

- Develop and execute strategies for company talent acquisition.
- Esure the recruitment process is productive and aligned with company goals.

1. Administrative and Security Management :

- Oversee administrative functions including security, transport, and visitor management.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.

1. Employee Safety and Welfare :

- Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promote employee welfare initiatives and programs.

1. Continuous Improvement Activities :

- Lead and participate in small group improvement activities aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee engagement.

- Daily HR operational decisions.
- Immediate administrative and safety-related actions.
- Recommendations to Superiors :
- Recruitment of contract manpower.
- Strategic company recruitment decisions.
- Filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation.

1. Skills and Qualifications

1. HR Knowledge : In-depth understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
2. MIS and HR Analytics : Ability to compile and analyze HR data to support business decisions.
3. HRMS Proficiency : Skilled in using Human Resource Management Systems and other HR tools.
4. Audit Experience : Familiarity with internal audits, ISO standards, and SEDEX compliance.
5. Talent Acquisition : Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
6. MS Office : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Qualifications :

- Bachelor s Degree : A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is essential.
- Master s Degree (Preferred) : A Masters degree in Human Resources Management (HRM), MBA with a focus on HR, or a related advanced degree is highly desirable
