Responsibilities:
- Handle team and achieve sales targets
- Source Home Loan/LAP business
- Track team performance
- Hire and support team members
- Develop and expand DSA, builder, and channel partner network
- Manage customer and partner relationships
- Ensure smooth login to disbursement process
- Coordinate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Above 7 yrs Home Loan/ LAP sales experience
- Team handling mandatory
- Graduation Required
- Age Equal or below 40
