We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through telecalling.
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase sales and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.

Eligibility:

- Female Candidates Only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
- Knowledge of Gujarati & Marathi will be an added advantage
