Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to ensure a secure working environment.
- Train the frontline team on the product safety.
- Field quality team- Support them with the safety processes and policies.
- Travel 30% across India.
- Sound knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, sketches and structures, controller, machine room experience is preferred.
- Develop and maintain product safety standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents, root cause analysis, and develop preventative measures.
- Provide training on safety procedures, best practices, and regulatory requirements to employees at all levels.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in electronics/ electrical/ manufacturing or related field. Elevator industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including electricity distribution systems, motors, drives, controllers etc.
- Proven track record in implementing effective safety protocols in a fast-paced production environment.
