Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end innovation and new product development projects from ideation to commercialization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of innovation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and launch trackers.
- Facilitate project review meetings and provide regular progress updates to leadership teams.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Support pilot trials, scale-up activities, validation runs, and commercialization planning.
- Drive stage-gate reviews and ensure compliance with innovation governance processes.
- Manage innovation pipeline reporting and project prioritization activities.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience leading new product development projects from concept to market launch.
- Experience working on product innovation, commercialization, and launch readiness activities.
- Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery against timelines.




- Experience supporting innovation portfolios, pipeline reviews, and project governance activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Skills:

- Proven experience managing innovation and new product development projects from idea generation through successful market launch.
- Solid exposure to commercialization, pilot trials, scale-up activities, and product launch execution.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders across R&D;, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Experience in project planning, milestone management, timeline tracking, and project governance.
- Understanding of stage-gate methodology and structured innovation management processes.
- Capability to identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks.
- Experience creating and presenting project dashboards, KPI reports, and leadership updates.
- Strong business communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- PMP, Six Sigma, or Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
