Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising or conduct field survey activities, conducting property measurements, verifying building plans and site data, and preparing accurate survey records, AutoCAD drawings, and MIS reports. The role involves coordinating with survey teams, property owners, and municipal authorities while ensuring timely, accurate documentation and data submission.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits along with the survey team as well as guide survey activities
- Building measurements using suitable tools and instruments & hand drafting / drawing
- Read and verify property maps, sanctioned building plans, municipal records, and site conditions
- Review/prepare measurement sketches and AutoCAD drawings based on survey data
- Capture and verify geo-tagged photographs and property documentation
- Upload survey data, photographs, measurement details, and AutoCAD files into the designated mobile application/software
- Coordinate with field teams for missing or mismatched data
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and other MIS reports
- Ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of survey and verification records
- Coordination with property owners and municipal-related activities
- Data accuracy, reporting,



and assessment support

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Survey Techniques & Area Calculations
- AutoCAD / MS Excel / Survey Software
- GIS Mapping / DGPS / Total Station / LiDAR equipment
- Civil & Architectural Drawing Understanding
- Property measurement and verification experience
- Ability to prepare sketches, drawings, survey documentation, and progress reports
- Willingness to work on field assignments and travel within the project area

Qualifications/Requirements:

- B.Arch / B.Plan or Diploma in Architecture / Civil or ITI Surveyor/Draughtsman or B.E./B.Tech Civil 0r Relative Higher Degree
- Proven work experience as a Surveyor or similar role is preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English (Read, Write and Speak)
