Required Skills:

- Deep expertise in IAM across identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and privileged access management.
- Robust understanding of authN/authZ standards and enterprise integration: OIDC/OAUTH, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, and API patterns (REST; SOAP helpful).
- Knowledge of software engineering experience in modern stacks:
- Front-end: SPA frameworks (React/Angular) and JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem.
- Back-end: Java and/or .NET; microservices and traditional 3-tier architectures.

- Practical scripting/automation skills: Linux shell and PowerShell.
- Ability to abstract, generalize, and document patterns, strong written and verbal communication.

AI/Agentic Knowledge (Required)

- Working understanding of LLM/agent concepts, tool invocation, and the security/control implications of connecting agents to enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with agent tool integration approaches (e.g., MCP or similar), and secure handling of secrets/tokens/credentials.
