Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement of raw materials, ensure seamless coordination with internal departments, and manage vendor relationships efficiently. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in SAP-based procurement processes and supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials to support production and business requirements

Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies, including vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency

Ensure timely coordination with production, stores, finance, and logistics teams

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability

Process purchase orders, GRNs,



and invoices through SAP system

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Handle supplier issues, delays, and quality concerns proactively

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of raw material procurement

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module preferred)

Strong coordination and communication abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
