Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Design Lead CSA & MEP to lead the design coordination and execution of high-end luxury developments. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end coordination between Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) disciplines while ensuring world-class design quality, technical excellence, and seamless project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, luxury project exposure, consultant management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to integrate architecture, interiors, engineering, and services into a cohesive premium experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors and Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or specialization in Project Management is preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in luxury residential or premium commercial projects.
- Proven experience managing both CSA and MEP coordination for large-scale developments.
- Robust understanding of luxury design detailing and execution standards.
