About the Role:
Regalo Kitchens is seeking an experienced Project Manager - to oversee on-site execution and lead installation teams for modular kitchen and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and proven experience in managing multiple teams across various sites while maintaining quality and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of site engineers, supervisors, and installers across multiple project sites.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site operations to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams for seamless execution.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Review technical drawings and ensure proper installation as per design and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain strict quality control and safety compliance.
- Handle client communication, provide updates, and resolve in office issues promptly.
- Prepare site progress reports, track timelines, and support billing documentation.
Key Requirements.
- Experience: 8 years in site execution and team handling, preferably in modular kitchen, interior, or fit-out industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites and large teams.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of project planning, material management, and installation standards.
