Position Objective

The AI Transformation Manager will drive Ramagya Groups organization-wide AI transformation by identifying, designing, and implementing Generative AI, automation, and AI-powered workflow solutions across all business functions. The role is responsible for building an AI-first culture, enabling employees through training and change management, developing scalable AI solutions, and ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. Working closely with leadership and department heads, the incumbent will translate strategic business objectives into practical AI initiatives that deliver sustainable competitive advantage and position Ramagya Group as a leading AI-enabled education and business organization.

Role Description

To lead the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across Ramagya Group by driving AI strategy, process automation, AI-powered solutions, employee capability building, and change management initiatives. The role will be responsible for delivering measurable business impact through increased productivity, operational efficiency, innovation, and the establishment of an AI-first culture across all functions.

Daily

Meet stakeholders, review automation requests, build prompts and workflows, test AI solutions, resolve implementation issues, and track project progress.

Monthly

Publish AI adoption reports, launch current AI solutions, review department productivity, conduct AI Champion meetings, and present ROI to leadership.

Quarterly

Audit AI implementation, review business impact, upgrade AI systems, recommend new AI initiatives, and benchmark against industry best practices.
