Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage order to cash process, including billing, collections, and deductions.

- Resolve disputes with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, invoices, and payments.

- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding balances and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in Order to Cash domain (O2C).

- Graduation degree required (B.B.A. / B.M.S. or B.Com).

- Solid understanding of accountancy principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
