Roles and Responsibilities :

Candidate would be responsible for day-to-day operations on a construction site, focusing on site supervision, quality control, and technical execution of Fired Heater / down stream plant related projects of Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemicals being executed by the company.

Job Includes :

Execution and Planning

- Reading Drawings: Checking and following structural and architectural plans.
- Setting Out: Marking lines, levels, and positions on the ground.
- Daily Supervision: Directing workers and subcontractors to keep work on track.

Quality and Safety

- Quality Control: Inspecting materials, steel reinforcement, and concrete mixing.
- Safety Rules: Making sure workers wear protective gear and follow safety laws.
- Problem Solving: Fixing technical or material issues immediately as they happen.

Management and Reporting

- Material Tracking: Ordering and keeping count of raw materials.
- Progress Reports: Writing daily logs and updating schedules for managers.
- Team Communication: Talking with architects, clients, and workers.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Candidates having specific knowledge of instrumentation of Fired Heater project would be preferred.

Candidate should have valuable communication, PR skills and should be good at computer usage.
