Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for non-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future recruiting efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in non-IT recruitment in a consulting firm only.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
