Senior Product Manager – Seeker Experience: Profile & Chatbot

Own Jobseeker Profile & Chatbot products for one of India’s largest internet platforms

What You’ll Do

- Build scalable products and platform capabilities to ensure profiles are accurate, enriched, and up to date
- Develop an intelligent, personalised, and agentic chatbot platform
- Launch personalised and AI-driven user experiences by data-backed decisions, AB testing and user research
- Build mockups, workflows, and working prototypes using AI/GenAI tools
- Partner with engineering, ML/AI, design, and other product teams to ship high-impact products

What We’re Looking For

- 6–9 years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management
- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School — IIM A/B/C or ISB preferred
- 2+ years as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist
- Solid hands-on SQL, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with ML/AI and Data Science teams to build AI-backed products
