- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain wireline packet core solutions for telecom operators.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and IMS (Instant Messaging Service).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the packing process.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication and issue escalation procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 8-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in wireline packet core solutions.
- Robust understanding of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and their impact on network performance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for identifying root causes of issues affecting IMS (Instant Messaging Service) functionality.
