Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager Domestic IT Staffing who specializes in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing key client accounts such as Infosys, TCS, and Mphasis, along with handling high-volume hiring mandates and multiple open positions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow key client accounts, including Infosys, TCS, and Mphasis (Full Time).
- Handle end-to-end delivery for domestic IT staffing requirements with a focus on C2H hiring.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and client satisfaction.
- Manage and drive closures for 30+ active positions (POs) simultaneously.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Understand client requirements, project timelines, and hiring expectations.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure SLA adherence, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Negotiate rates, manage escalations, and ensure smooth onboarding and conversions.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience:



312 years in Domestic IT Staffing / Account Management.
- Expertise: Robust experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
- Client Management: Proven experience managing clients like Infosys, TCS, and Mphasis.
- Volume Handling: Experience managing 30+ open positions (POs) at a time.
- Geography: Only Domestic recruitment/staffing experience will be considered.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Work Details:

- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (F2F)
