SVP - Process Excellence - P&C; Insurance - 20+ Years - Gurgaon/Noida

We are looking for an accomplished SVP Head of Process Excellence to lead enterprise-wide process excellence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives for a leading global organization. This leadership role will be responsible for driving process standardization, operational resilience, Lean transformation, governance frameworks, and AI-enabled process innovation while building high-performing Process Excellence teams.

Location - Gurugram/Noida.

Responsibilities -

1. Define and lead the enterprise Process Excellence & Governance strategy, operating model, and governance framework.
2. Establish standardized process mapping methodologies, documentation standards, and governance practices across business functions.
3. Lead SOP and controls governance, ensuring documentation remains current, compliant, and audit ready.
4. Develop and govern enterprise performance metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks to measure process effectiveness.
5. Drive operational resilience by identifying process risks, control gaps, and business continuity improvements.
6. Develop resilience standards, recovery frameworks, and remediation plans for critical business processes.
7.



Drive governance for AI-enabled process transformation and ensure consistent evaluation, implementation, and value realization.
8. Champion next-generation AI-led and intelligent process redesign initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements -

1. 20+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years leading Process Excellence, Transformation, or Operational Excellence functions.
2. Consulting background with robust client-facing leadership experience is highly preferred.
3. Proven expertise in enterprise Process Excellence, governance frameworks, Lean, Six Sigma, and business transformation.
4. Strong experience in process mapping, operational resilience, governance, and performance management.
5. Demonstrated success in leading large transformation programs and cross-functional leadership teams.
6. Exposure to automation, AI-led transformation, and intelligent process optimization initiatives.
7. Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and strategic leadership capabilities.
