Eligibilty

- Valuable communication skills in English

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: 19,000 - 20,000 per month
- Quarterly Bonus: Up to 3,000 per month

Shift Details

- Process: Voice & Blended
- Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7)
- Working Hours: 10-hour shift
- Cabs are provided
- Work Schedule: 5.5 days working per week
- Rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries via voice, email, and chat.




- Provide accurate information and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve productivity targets.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines
