Position: Lead IT Recruitment
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of recruitment experience with exposure to service-based organizations.
- Experience handling mid-level, senior-level, and leadership hiring across diverse domains.
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for Lead IT Recruitment positions across multiple business functions.
- Handle team management, mentoring recruiters, and ensuring hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive sourcing initiatives through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening,



interviewing, offer negotiation,
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skill requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain robust employer branding.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Lead IT Recruitment
- Expertise in stakeholder management and client handling.
- Knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
