About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to improve operational efficiency by driving cross-functional collaboration, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product and internal business teams to identify operational gaps, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product and internal business teams to identify process gaps in how product capabilities connect to downstream operational systems, and lead initiatives to close those gaps.

• Lead recurring cross-departmental sync cadences to track open items, surface blockers, and drive resolution with urgency and accountability.

• Develop and maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and escalation frameworks for workflows that span multiple internal teams.

• Track and report operational KPIs related to cross-team coordination health, workflow accuracy, and interdepartmental SLA adherence.





• Structure and drive strategic alignment initiatives by gathering inputs across departments, leading analyses, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Oversee incident and problem management, including incident detection, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, resolution tracking, and prevention of recurring issues

• Conduct operational reviews with leadership.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

• 24 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Operations, or a similar role.

• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience creating process documentation and SOPs.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
