Role Overview :

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager / Sr. Manager Leasing for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing activities across retail, commercial, corporate, and mall spaces while ensuring optimum occupancy, revenue generation, and tenant relationship management. The role requires expertise in lease negotiations, market analysis, land acquisition coordination, and lease administration.Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end leasing activities for commercial, retail, and mixed-use real estate projects.
- Handle lease abstraction, lease administration, renewals, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
- Identify and onboard prospective tenants through market mapping, business development initiatives, and networking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
- Lead lease negotiations with tenants to finalize commercially viable agreements aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with legal teams for drafting, vetting, and execution of lease agreements, LOIs, sale deeds, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely execution and registration of lease documents while maintaining accurate records and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, brokers, and channel partners.




- Support mall management and tenant coordination activities to enhance occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including projects, finance, legal, and operations for seamless lease closures.
- Monitor lease expiries, renewals, rental escalations, and compliance obligations.
- Assist in land acquisition activities and due diligence processes wherever required.

- MBA / PGDM
- Any Graduate
- 08-12 years of relevant experience in:

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate laws, leasing regulations, and documentation processes.
- Proven track record in tenant acquisition and lease closures for commercial properties.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and market assessment capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, lease management systems, and reporting tools.
