Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, programs, and study pathways based on academic background, career goals, and eligibility.

- Manage the complete admissions lifecycle, from lead generation and counseling to application submission, offer acceptance, and enrollment.

- Guide students on admission requirements, documentation, eligibility criteria, and application timelines.

- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, virtual meetings, and in-person counseling sessions.

- Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure timely application processing.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

- Build strong relationships with students and parents to maximize conversions and referrals.

- Stay updated on admission policies, visa requirements, scholarship opportunities, and market trends for the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

- Student enrollments and revenue generation.

- Lead-to-application conversion ratio.

- Application-to-enrollment conversion ratio.

- Student satisfaction and counseling quality.





- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

- Good knowledge of the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counseling, study abroad consulting, or education sales.

- Hands-on experience in UK, Ireland, Australia, and/or New Zealand admissions is mandatory.

- Proven track record of achieving admission or sales targets.

Work Schedule

- 6 days a week (weekends are working days).

- One weekday off each week.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.
