- Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses on pricing strategy, demand patterns, channel mix, and competitive positioning.
Dashboard Creation & Automation:

- Support PMS/RMS-related data requirements, including documentation of reporting logic, data definitions,
and system requirements (PRDs) as needed.
- Monitor and flag anomalies in performance data, proactively surfacing insights before they are requested.
Process Improvement & AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation tools - including Claude - to streamline data processing, reporting, and routine analytical tasks.
- Document and standardize analytical processes (SOPs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of knowledge transfer across the team.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend tools or workflow improvements that increase the team's analytical efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Revenue Analyst role, preferably within hospitality, travel, or a related data-intensive industry.

- Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Demonstrated experience automating manual reporting workflows, reducing reporting cycle times, or building self-serve reporting solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of core hospitality/revenue management metrics (RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Forecast Accuracy)
is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
